Prescriptions

Prescription refills may be requested by leaving a voice mail message with the office at any time or through our Patient Portal. Please Click here to Access the Patient Portal.

Messages are retrieved Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM .Please call your pharmacy directly to check if your refill is ready.

After dialing our number (978-452-9700) and reaching Riverside Medical Group’s main greeting press option 2 to reach the Prescription Refill line.

We utilize an automated prescription refill message line. When you call to request a refill, you will be directed to an automated attendant which will prompt you to provide information for the following 4 items. Please have all information readily available when you call.

  1. State and spell your name then state your doctor’s name

  2. Date of birth

  3. Pharmacy name and location

  4. Name of one or more of your medications
